Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat rate of ₹60 applies. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of ₹99. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can also track your order status directly from your My Account dashboard.

Due to the consumable nature of our organic groceries and personal care items, we have a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery ONLY under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged, leaked, or tampered with during transit.
The product received is past its expiry date.
The wrong item was delivered to you.

Note: We cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products simply because you did not prefer the taste or aroma, as our products contain no artificial flavors or synthetic fragrances.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@samitva.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item.
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
If approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your address.
Once the item is received at our facility, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
